Comptoir Libanais - Poland Street

I like to order many small dishes and pick away until I'm full, so perhaps this is the reason I really enjoy dining at Comptoir Libanais.

I believe the one I visited on Poland Street was the newest in the chain to open and what lovely premises they've secured! The restaurant is larger than its Wigmore Street counterpart and beautifully decorated. I ordered the Mezze Platter and the Mixed Grill. The Mixed grill consisted of Lamb & Chicken Kofta as well as Chicken Shish Taouk. When the food came, I thought it would not be enough for 2 - I was wrong.

Next time I go, I will have to give the wraps a try. In the meantime though, this place sits high on the list and is highly recommended for a quick, fresh and healthy meal.

OMG almost forgot !! You HAVE to try the Chocolate Brownie here!! The menu says 'Chocolate and Tahini Brownie' the friendly waiter explained what Tahini was (basically sesame seed peanut butter) and I think I am now addicted!! The brownie was the perfect consistency and served warm - LOVED it.
