I used to be a regular here but had not visited for a while. So Mem & Laz was the destination for a quick bite and catch up with a friend.
I am addicted to halloumi let me start by saying this! Mem & Laz do a great halloumi served with a side salad and a great balsamic dressing. The houmous is a must as it always tastes light and refreshing and is also part of the great set menu which is very good value for money - 2 courses for just £8.95!! Lunch is a great time to go as they still serve brunchy dishes (my friend opted for a Mediterranean brunch) yet they also serve main dishes like the grilled chicken shown above.
If you want a refreshing taste of the Mediterranean, Mem & Laz is a great shout. Do call and book in advance though as this place is very popular!
