I had the pleasure of dining at Alxama in Quarteira when on a
recent family trip to Portugal. The restaurant I believe is fairly new and was
recommended by a friend so for our last meal in Portugal we headed to Alxama.
As I write this I feel like crying because I miss this restaurant in Portugal sooooo much!! *insert tear faced emoji here* Alas, we press on to talk about quite possibly the best Nando'sesque chicken ever to pass my lips courtesy of Marufo 1.
